Tools:

BBQ Grill, temperature probe, meat tenderizer 

Ingredients:

Approximately 16 oz.Organic Chicken Breasts

Black Pepper

Oregano

1 Lemon

Minced Garlic

Olive oil (spray)

Tenderize breasts on both sides.

Coat each breast with a layer of olive oil and season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper.  Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic on each side, Drizzle with lemon juice and massage garlic and spices into meat.

Sear chicken for at least 2 minutes on each side at the highest temp possible.  This locks in the juices.

After searing, place on medium heat burner until temp goes to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, turning over at least 1x.

Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.  Serves 3-4.
