Training Log 10/17/2016: post long-run training

Hitting the gym after yesterday’s 18.8 mile run:

Made an oily chicken treat for breakfast to calm my food craving:

wp-image-2115442934jpg.jpegI chopped up some old chicken breast and added some red palm oil (not to be confused with palm seed oil)


I added some soy sauce and BBQ ketchup to taste.


Mixed well, heated in the microwave, and made two 5-ounce servings.


Had no hunger, even through lunch.


Finished the evening with 15 minutes of foam rolling.

Just another day in training.
